We guarantee your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of all of our products. In the case of a defective espresso machine part, Espresso Contractors will, on all non-electrical items, replace such parts or issue a credit at our option. All electrical espresso machine parts have specified limited warranties. If an electrical device fails to function due to manufacturers defect, Espresso Contractors will repair or replace the device.
Unless otherwise specified, all new and refurbished espresso machines are covered by a FULL 13 MONTH PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY.
All damaged shipments are the responsibility of the freight carrier. Please file all damage claims with the freight carrier.
Espresso Contractors accepts wire transfer and credit cards. Although we will accept prepayment by company check, we do not provide terms. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
All orders under 2lbs. can be shipped via the US Postal Service. All parts and smallware shipments are made through Federal Express. Unless otherwise agreed, Espresso Machines and Grinders are shipped freight collect.
Before we are able to accept returns, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from us. All returns are nonetheless subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days, no returns on used or electrical items. Espresso machines that have been connected to either power or water are nonsidered "used". Shortages must be reported within 7 business days. Signed invoice noting the Espresso Liquidators RMA must accompany ALL returned items for proper processing.
